Frequently Asked Questions

As long as both parties are 18 or over, all you will need is one form of I.D., (driver’s license, passport, or birth certificate) and $77 cash. There are no blood tests or waiting period in Las Vegas and the process usually takes around 15 to 20 minutes, if there is no line. If you would like to be legally married, then you will need a marriage license.  We can however perform a Commitment Ceremony, which is a nonlegal ceremony.  So it does not require a marriage license.
